What you need to get a tattoo!

You must be at least 18 years old with a Valid state or federal issued form of identification- it may include a passport, drivers license or state I.D.

Person being tattooed must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Restrictions

Per the State of RI. Tattooing minors under the age of 18 is illegal. 

Clients with existing medical conditions, such as diabetes and immune system compromising conditions should speak with a medical professional prior to receiving any body art procedure, as these could potentially cause a issue with healing.

 

We require deposits for all Appointments and deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Amount varies with estimated appointment length. 

Missed appointments and last-minute changes will result in losing your deposit.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

To Get Pierced

Over 18

Valid state or federal issued form of identification- it may include a passport, drivers license or state I.D.

Under 18

Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

We require proper photo identification as proof of relationship.

This would be the accompanying adult’s state or federal issued id or license in addition to the minors school id, drivers license or permit etc.

In the case of a guardian, guardianship papers must be presented as well.

Restrictions:

Per the State of RI. It is illegal to pierce the genitalia of minors, this included nipples.

Clients with existing medical conditions, such as diabetes and immune system compromising conditions should speak with a medical professional prior to receiving any body art procedure, as these could potentially cause a issue with healing.
